Get Ready for Swimsuit Season With Body Contouring

Get Ready for Swimsuit Season With Body Contouring

Swimsuit season is right around the corner. You’ve been slaying it at the gym and in the kitchen for months, and yet you’re struggling to get rid of those stubborn pockets of pinchable fat. Are you going to be ready?

No doubt, eating right and working out are good for your body and your health, but some areas of the body like to hold on to fat.

At Weston Medical Health & Wellness, our medical director, Dr. Andrea Bretal, wants nothing more than to help you look as good as you feel. To help you get ready for the summer and get rid of those fatty bulges, we offer nonsurgical body contouring

Here, we want to tell you how our body-contouring tool can help you get ready for swimsuit season.

Nonsurgical body contouring

With advances in laser technology and aesthetic medicine, you can get rid of that extra fat without surgery or downtime.

We use the Verjú® body-contouring system from Erchonia®. This body-contouring device uses cold laser energy — green diode — to shrink stubborn fat cells. The Verjú laser also triggers collagen production in the dermal layer of your skin, improving tone and texture to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

The cold laser energy targets the fat cells under your skin, triggering these cells to release the fats inside, causing the cell to shrink. The fats, in the form of triglycerides, are picked up by your lymphatic system, broken down and used as a source of energy.

Our nonsurgical body-contouring tool can reduce the circumference of your hips, thighs, and abdomen by about 6 inches without harming any of your natural fat cells.

Can body contouring help me?

If you’re searching for an effective, nonsurgical treatment to improve the shape of your body, then body contouring might help you. However, we always do a comprehensive evaluation before making any treatment recommendations.

Our ideal candidate has a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or less, is in good health, and eats a balanced diet and gets regular exercise.

If this sounds like you, then it’s time to get started so you’re ready by swimsuit season.

Getting results by swimsuit season

Many people love nonsurgical body-contouring because treatments are quick and require no downtime. However, it takes time for your body to get rid of the fat, which means results aren’t immediate.

But, you may start to see improvements in your shape within two weeks after starting treatments, with final results within 12 weeks. We recommend a series of at least six sessions to get the best possible results.

Our body-contouring tool is painless, and treatments usually take about 30 minutes.

Once the fat is gone, it won’t come back as long as you continue to follow your balanced eating plan and regular exercise program.

Don’t delay. Swimsuit season is almost here. We can help you reach your body goals with our nonsurgical body-contouring treatment. Call our office in Weston, Florida, or click the online booking button to request an appointment.
